Number 165, Tulloh's name on the label size 36 made by Umbro.Tulloh won Gold at the 1962 European Champs in the 5000m. He was famous as he mostly ran barefoot in his races, setting many British records in the 6 miles, 3 miles, 2 miles winning the Gold Medal in the 5000m at the European Champs and ran fourth to Snell in under 4 minutes when snell broke the world mile record in NZ at Cooks Gardens in 1962. Laterly he has become an author and has had published many authoritative sports books on running. |
