Endpapers & title page present; Internally fragile, a few pp loose in place; and some are roughly sliced. Gilt motif to front is preserved; 237 pp. 260x195 mm. Wt. 1.9 kg packed. Photos available. Includes 9 New Zealanders including Dave Gallaher of the 21st Reinforcements and Captain of the 1905 All Blacks who was killed in France in October 1917. Very rare book |
