Internally variably Fair to VG: contains 86 full-page portraits to accompany each biography (a couple of additional individuals have histories but no portraits, as issued); Listed is: A 'Record of Patriotism' which records: 'Name, Nationality, School, Age, International Caps, Date Joining Service, Date of Going to Front, Date of Death'. Endpapers & title page present; Internally fragile, a few pp loose in place; and some are roughly sliced. Gilt motif to front is preserved; 237 pp. 260x195 mm. Wt. 1.9 kg packed. Photos available. Includes 9 New Zealanders including Dave Gallaher of the 21st Reinforcements and Captain of the 1905 All Blacks who was killed in France in October 1917. Very rare book
